Our service-oriented team are knowledgeable and always ready and willing to offer all the expert advice and product information you need. This ensures that you make the right choice and that you will be happy with your choice for years to come.
Step 1 – Introductions and Agreement:
For the most part, our clients find us online or thanks to word-of-mouth. They then contact one of our team members to find out more or for an estimate. Once you contact us, we will send you an estimate along with our company details and our qualifications. When you’re happy with the quote, you can email us authorization to proceed.
Step 2 -Work Order:
Your sales representative will generate a work order within one or two days of the agreement. The work order includes everything that has been agreed upon. This includes the estimated date of installation and other important notes relating to the job or home. Notes can refer to instructions regarding the job as well as polite warnings or suggestions regarding pets, plants, and so on.
Step 3 – Second Visit to the Site:
The foreman in charge of the installation process will contact you within a few days to make arrangements to visit your premises and gather measurements. Accurate measurements must be taken before any windows or doors can be ordered. Our foremen have extensive knowledge and experience. You will also find that they are approachable, and you are welcome to ask any questions or make special requests if you have any.
Step 4 – Installation:
Depending on the products you selected, they will be ready within 2 to 6 weeks. When they are ready, we will manually confirm the installation date.
Step 5 -Follow up:
During some point of the installation process, your sales representative will pay you a visit. They will also do a walk through with you once the job is completed to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction. Depending on the payment option you choose, this is usually the point at which we receive payment for the work done.
